Ok at this point, I am willing to take cash plus trade, but no basses, but maybe a programmable driver

I would call this a scratch and dent model

Besides normal wear and tear, and imperfections, which are far and few, there are 2 noticeable dings, both pictured, the one near the jack, which i'm sure i did somehow and the one on the headstock, which came from me using a tuner crank and i gashed the side, but t sharpie took care of that.

Also and its only noticeable when you are at a certain angle, is an oblong finish defect, maybe a few inches long and a 1/2 inch wide. I had the bass for at least a month before i noticed it, in bright light at the right angle. see pic a few posts down

none of these imperfections effect the P-bass on steroids like playability and sound, this is just as loud or louder than my bongo active, which is up also

    Tiny ding here

I replaced the original knobs with OEM's

you cant see the finish defect, anything that looks defecty in the pic is just reflections, the stuff you see near the pickups is just finger ease which i forgot to wipe off

I saw this bass on the local Houston Craigslist page last night and became aroused (seriously, she is a thing of beauty). Man I wish I had the cash for this.

    Bump for a gorgeous bass!

the defect is circled, it's extremely difficult to photograph

    DSC_4097.JPG

just to clarify, it really has no feel to it, it doesn't feel lumpy, and it doesn't feel like its indented. to my eyes it does look like its under the finish.
