Hey, I've got my first 5 string in bound, never played one before..

Now on all my 4s I use Fender SS flats 45-105, they don't make a flat 5 set, what gauge would give me a comparable feel and what brand will feel 'at home' for me?

I'm assuming the fender flats are made by d'addario? Do we know?

I've used fender flat 5s before. I didn't keep the box but I remember having a discussion on here about them. I'll see if I can find it.

It looks like they don't make them anymore, but it was a 9050-5L set, gauges .040 - .125
