    Sold pending payment.

    Thanks john.

    Last price drop.
$4100. Shipped in the lower 48 states.

Pre CBS 1963 Fender Precision, refinished in Shell Pink Nitro.
I purchased this from Thelowend.net a couple of years ago.
The sweetest playing vintage P I have ever played. When I called about it, they told me it was the best P bass in their store in a long, long time. Light weight (8.5 if I remember correctly). Original case included.

It can be seen as well in the "sold" section on thelowend.net

Here is what they had to say about her.

"Sweet P and one of the best you will hear and play!! 63 Fender P bass in refinished Nitro Shell Pink. Also updated with New pots and jack however the Original Pots and Jack are in the Original Cream HSC!! Everything else is original to the 63 bass, complete Neck and pickups, tuners, bridge, pickguard, etc."

****reduced $4100**** SHIPPED. I am only selling this to fund something (non musical) that won't be around long, so feel free to make me a reasonable offer. After that I am not as motivated to sell. If you can make payment without PayPal fees, I can better the price for you even more.

Partial trades considered, but must involve at least $2000 cash.
    Harley Davidson 48 Sportster.
Partial trade with Lakland DJ4 w/ Aeros.
Partial trade of Warwick Star Bass II

I have heard this bass, live, more than a few times, and it absolutely KILLS in the mix. I normally do not like P basses at all, but this one just has it. Todd was running it straight to the board, via a Radial DI, last Friday night, and the bass tone was un-freakin-real.

It plays like a million bucks, too. This is one of those old Fenders that has it all. Whoever gets this will not be disappointed!

With that said, Todd, you are insane! Can't believe you would wanna part with this one..........

Yeah, this one's gonna hurt.............ALOT! It's a once in a lifetime bass and I know I'm gonna regret it. I get SO many compliments on this one when I bring her out. The tone of this thing is amazing.

Dude this is my dream bass (and many others I'm sure)!!! If you didn't say no trades I honestly would trade you my pride and joy in a heartbeat (Buckeye Burl/BE Maple Sadowsky NYC PJ5 with Mid EQ)...GLWTS but I sure wish you'd reconsider that trade option :bag:

To say that this one is a great bass is a HUGE understatement. Seriously.

  16. I too own a 63 Pre CBS L series Fender P but it has yellowed over the last 49 years. A great bass to play and it draws a lot of attention. Really hope yours goes to a good home and continues to be played.
