    This bass.... I don't really want to give it up, but I am eliminating debt saving for a house.

    This is an exceptional 5 string, Amazing tone, play-ability, and craftsmanship. Kept in excellent condition for a 22 year old bass. I am pretty particular about my action and the action on this goes very low.

    Mahogany inner body
    Exhibition grade AAA Quilted maple top/back
    5 piece maple/walnut neck w/ Morado fretboard
    18mm string spacing
    9 lbs
    Heavy duty brass hardware
    Original strap w/strap locks (very comfortable/adjustable)
    Original Case

    Currently strung up E-C
    Near Toronto Canada.
    $3000

    Well man it's early in the AM and with all and utmost respect but:

    I COUNT 7 PIECES IN THAT NECK. NOT 5.

    I AGREE WITH THE PRESENT OWNER THAT IT IS A 7 PCE NECK..

    A REAL BEAUTY OF A BASS. :cool::cool:

    Curious if the original brass scalloped nut was changed out for the E-C tuning, likely not eh ?

    It's most definitely a 5 piece neck.

    I'm drooling. I'm going to sell my 78 Fender Jazz and get it if it still around. Not unless you want to trade + cash to you. I like all 8 piece of wood or is it 12? Nevertheless, Great bass.
