1. Welcome to TalkBass 2014! If you're new here, we just went through a major site upgrade. Please post all concerns and bugs to the Forum Usage Issues forum. We will be monitoring that forum. Thank you for all of your feedback.

The TB Android app is working, you may need to uninstall/reinstall. The iPhone app is now updated and should work after you upgrade. TalkBass is responsive to any screen size, so we recommend using your mobile browser for full functionality.

Please read the TalkBass 2014 FAQ for lots of great info on the new software.

Yeah, I like GK amps. But it's time to cut down.

[DEL]GK 1001RB[/DEL] - (not the II series). In great shape, with rack ears. 565 watts from the main channel. I've never tried the biamp channel, as I have neither the cable nor the speaker for it. $325 shipped. - Sold to TBer Spent

[DEL]GK 400RB[/DEL] - the VW Beetle of amps I've heard it called. A little beat up but still keeps going. Love the tone. $225 shipped. - Sold to TBer JimC

[DEL]GK 800RB[/DEL] - this one has issues. The main amp works but my tech tells me it will need to be re-capped at the very least. There is some whooshing noise too (it's soft, but may be the precursor to a component failure). The HF amp is fried. Lani at GK says I can buy the latest rev power amp board in kit form for $195 but that's beyond me. If you're looking for a project, this is a good one. $100 shipped. - Sold to TBer Chromedome

I've cleaned the send loops on all of these but still run with a cable in the loop anyway just as a precaution.

Free 1001rb bump. Slap a Markbass Compressore in front of her and she'll sing. Good amp.
