Added some bling to VM 70s Jazz...

    I kinda like the look, wonder about black knobs though.

    Currently mine of this exact model is waiting for a new PG. Stained it blue, really shows out the beauty of the maple body.

    That is a good suggestion, black knobs. The thing that is noticeable, but not immediately apparent, are the pickguard screws which were changed out for black. Gives it a cool vibe.

    I think it's cool the way it is, I wouldn't go with black knobs, looks cool enough, if it's cooler he's going to need a jacket to play that thing.

    That looks very nice!

    The covers are so sexy it probably is worth playing around them if you were used to playing over the pup.

    Yeah, I was gonna say black knobs too. They'd go with the inlays and guard, but it looks really good right now with chrome knobs going with the chrome covers. Either way, great looking bass.

    I had a squier vm jazz and it had a really nice 2 piece body split down the middle. Much easier on the eyes than say a 3 piece sunburst with obvious seems. Yours has a really nice grain pattern as well.
