I'm from Fairbanks, really, really cold here right now!

I'm a beginner even though I bought my bass almost 3 years ago. :bag: Wish I started playing when I bought it, oh well :X

Oh look, a year necro-bump. Whoops!

Seeing as this is the only Alaska club I can find, I'm going to bump this. I believe that's justified! :D

It seems like this fizzled out the first time, but I wonder if some other AK bassists have joined since '09 (like myself). I'm not a number guy but I'll play.

Wish I saw this thread when I lived in Anchorage from 2008-10... Did a lot of gigs at Sullivan's and the Taproot (old and new ones). Good times!

and it's official. Me, my wife, and 4 cats

We'll be driving up around the 4th week of June to Fairbanks. I've lived in Central NY, Las Cruces, NM, Olympia, WA and the SF Bay area. This trip may be the most interesting but logistically, it's giving me a headache.

    Here's to America. :)

And I now am eligible to join the Alaska Bassist Club. Now how do I sleep when still daylight out at 1am? This is killing me.

Also, feel free to pass my name to anyone needing a bass player/good cook.
