I FINALLY got the clanky Steve Harris tone and I learned the gallop a looong time ago,but never really used it.

    Which songs/albums should I learn?

I've already learned the Clairvoyant (In like 20 minutes) and Running Free (Improvised at first and then I got it down).

    Run to the hills

The seminal Iron Maiden album in my opinion is Seventh son of the Seventh Son

Personally I find 'The Trooper' and 'Aces High' are very fun to play.

Wrathchild and Losfer Words (off Powerslave, I believe) are a couple of my faves. All 'arry's stuff is fun to play, I think. :D Good choice!

Alright :p.Run to the hills seems pretty easy (except when the little bass+drum combo comes up).Aces high is interesting, and infinite dreams seems pretty hard xD.

Infinite Dreams is so worth the effort though. Great dynamics, some nice arpeggios and that Steve Harris clank in the right spots. It takes awhile to remember all the little parts and changes, but its just a great play.

I still love pumping out Number of the Beast and if I'm really wanting to shred Phantom of the Opera.

    This.

Then once you've learned all of them, use them to keep up your chops. I like to use:

Run to the Hills for the gallop
Aces High for fast two finger technique
Phantom of the Opera for general shredding (and to annoy my bandmates)

I'm partial to Flight Of Icarus. It's got a cool groove to it and even someone of average playing skill/speed can make it sound good.

One of my fave Iron Maiden songs in addition to being fun to play. =)
