I know about Paul Brun's book, but I'm having trouble finding a copy of it for under $90. Does anyone know where I could find a reasonably priced copy of that book, or any other good books about the history of the instrument?

My copy of Brun ran me $138. Ninety bucks sounds like a deal.

The Ray Elgar books are very interesting and Chuck Traeger's book is good, too.
