    Pix are horrible. Looks like a fake to me.

    I doubt Fender ever did an inlay like that. The tuners are wrong, and the headstock logo looks to be in the wrong spot. It's tough to see the SN, but it looks wrong as well (the way it's written).

    the serial number is on it.

    plug that into fender's site and you can find out if it's real or fake.

    In a shop for that price even they know it is fake.

    A used shop here had a Strat done up like a legit MIA Fender, but they knew it was fake and had it selling for like $120.
