Hi everyone, looking for help on:
    1. what does the + sign above C mean?
    2. what strings are the notes played on?

    Thanks a lot

+ means to play it with your thumb.

I think that the first group is played on the G string, the second is played on the D and G strings, 6th position. It's a little tough to say for sure from such a small example.

Thanks Jeremy - it is from an arpeggio in A minor, starting in first position and moving higher...
