    Hi all,

My Ashdown ABM 500 EVO III has recently developed a crackle. I only hear the crackle when the lead is plugged in to the input, even without a bass or any boxes. It's been unused for about 12 months because I moved house, but it was fine last time I used it.

Any thoughts as to what might be causing it?

    Thanks.

Sounds like it could be dust build up, just spray some electronic cleaner into the input holes and you should be fine.

And check the tube, might be time to replace the tube and if that's the case have no worries just basic maintenance that needs to be done sometime.

    Ashdown endorser.
