I would use the amp in a band with me on bass, a singer, and a drummer. The sound I'm going for is characterized by a lot of clarity, warmth, and emphasis on the midrange.

For cabs I was looking at the Ashdown ABM Neo 210 or the GK Neo 112

You don't want the either amp for "midrange emphasis". GK's bread and butter is more of the mid scooped sound, and that ashdown seem to do the same (I own 2 GK and one Ashdown head)

My GB Shuttle 6.2 seems to have more midrange presence (Set flat, of course) than my other heads.

Man, I have too many heads.

Thankfully both of the amps I asked about have EQs

Ashdown are more warm with more low mids (usually). G K usually have more upper mids. Both are great amps.
