Just made a hot-rod cab this weekend and it worked out great!!

Swapped the guts between two cabs to make a 'mini-fridge'.

Ive got a V4B head with a beautiful matching B40 cab. The tone wasn't anything totally spectacular out of the cab, but the head and cab together look great.

I had been playing the head through a Bag End Q10BXD cab that sounds awesome, but looks fairly poopy.

Soooo...i loaded the Ampeg cab with the Bag End goodies. It certainly weighs a hell of a lot more, but its got some serious punch and clarity that ive never been able to get out of the stock SVT speakers.

One neat difference in the cabs is the Bag End is ported in the rear, and the Ampeg is sealed. The attack seems much more pronounced with the new configuration.
