I'm thinking about saving up for either a Fender BassmanT or the new Ampeg V-4B reissue

Which is the "stronger" 100 watts amp?

I use Fender P-bass, flat wound strings. I only want clean tone - for 50s and 60s style blues and soul.

    thanks!

This has already been asked - use the search function and put in Ampeg V4B reissue or Fender Bassman 100T- sorry my computer for some reason won't let me copy the link. The consensus was that while the 100T may have a little more clean headroom the 100T goes into overdrive more harmoniously so has more "useable" volume. If you know what I mean.

The Fender Bassman 100t sounds much better!
