Why do you have three batteries?

Adding LEDs will significantly decrease the battery life.

There are battery check light circuits available, however, that only turn the LED on when the battery is low.

It will be very difficult for you, a bass, to connect LEDs because you don't have fingers with which to use a soldering iron.

For less than $70 you can get tid of all your batteries and power everything off a wallwart. I haven't used a battery in any of my active basses or pedals in over 3 years. There are a number of threads about how to eliminate batteries or you can PM me for details.
