Beveled pole jazz pickups... 62 AVRI or American Standard. How to tell?

I saw a set of used Fender beveled pole pickups in a music store. The employee told me they were stock pickups he pulled from a used American Std jazz bass he took in on a trade.

I own a 62 AVRI bridge pickup which looks the same but mine has cloth wire and his did not. Is he correct or could they be 62 reissues? How can I tell for sure? Mine has pink writing and a dot. I don't recall if his have this. Is this of any significance?
