Does anybody know, or can Gard tell me, what the difference in width between an LG-3005 and an LG-3006 body is? I was wondering as (I think) I saw somewhere recently that Jimmy Haslip asked for his 6 string LG to have the 5 string body size to keep in more compact.

No difference at all, they are identical - 4, 5, or 6.

    :)

Jimmy went with the LG body shape to get a smaller body, it was never originally designed to be a 6, just a 4 and 5, IIRC (I'll have to confirm that with Keith Monday!).
