About two months ago I drooped my bass and repaired it. After that I couldn't play for 2 months. Finally, a week ago I plugged in my bass to my amp and it was making a terrible noise (on the E string mainly, and some notes on the D string) Then I plugged in my bass in my teachers amp and it sounded fine. Is it my amp or jack that's broken? I can't figure it out...:help:
