I PMed agedhorse about this but I wanted to ask y'all as well:

I had a rehearsal last night, no issues, but when I set up this morning to practice I got a terrible loud static / buzz / fuzz the moment the amp turned on. Remains whether the volume knobs are on or not, comes through headphones as well. Still get signal when my bass is plugged in but it is weak and distorted.

I hope this is something simple like my tube going out. I purchased the amp just under two years ago and it has seen a lot of use I'm just so perplexed as to how last night it was perfect and this morning all hell broke loose.

EDIT - this might be a historical moment. The problem was around for twenty+ minutes, I turned the amp off to write this and then turned it back on to find... no buzz.

So it's gone, hopefully for good, but what could have caused this?

Interference from another source? I've had amps buzz from a DVD player and those new energy saving light bulbs.

I'm going to go ahead and send it in under warranty, the amp had another freakout when I tried to rehearse with it.
