Can somebody tell me what kind of bass this is?

No label. Just checking. I went overboard on getting the inside. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am no expert, but it looks like a laminated German shop bass to me.

Maybe. The wide outside linings, shiny finish and tuning machines say Chinese to me, but the 103 written inside the back makes me doubt that initial guess.

    Looks Chinese to me.

Let's see: painted maple fingerboard, yellow Chinese tuners, Chinese maple neck wood, gloopy poly finish, really sloppy glue work inside (poly foam glue?), knot in the bass bar, painted on 'purfling'... its definitely not German!

...and at 2:34 you can see that the hole in the bottom/endblock is way too big for the endpin collar.
