I have a Godin A4 fretless acoustic bass guitar. It's part of my arsenal of 4 basses.

There are many small builders in the Toronto and Montreal area.

I thought that I heard recently that Larrivee is packing up production in Canada and moving everything to California? I'm pretty sure I saw a clip on the news about that.

Is Fury Guitars still in business? Been searching for a used Tornado bass for over 10 years and never ever seen one available, nor here nor elsewhere...

I wondered what you meant, but you're right. There are a bunch of Canadian companies that source from overseas.

Levi from Vancouver (Coquitlam) has all his stuff built in China
Eastwood, from Toronto I believe, is mostly China
    Blueberry is from Bali

Doesn't Godin have a factory in the states?

Even Larrivee is no longer built in Canada.
