Is the neck thicker than before? They used to be "Geddy Lee thin" but now Fender's homepage says just "C". Fender mentions both 7.25 and 9.5 as radius, as well.
Are they still made in Japan?
Bongolation asked for data on the pickups, and so do I.
Does anyone now what comes in the Jaguars today?

Well I have an '07 and the neck is thicker than the older Geddy's. My '01 Jazz is the same as the Geddy which have a "Slim C" shape. I think the Jags have a "C" which is a little thicker.

    Thanks!
IME, they used to be a lot thinner than the current Classic or Am Std and had some text comment like "slim C", "thin C" or similar. All if my memory serves me right...

    Edit: clarification

The original Jag and the Geddy were the only ones that used a "Thin" C in Fender's lineup at the time. The newer Jags use a standard Jazz C AFAIK.

Does anyone know where they are built nowadays?

Still made in Japan with the thicker neck. Get one soon, because most stores only have it in Candy Apple Red. I have seen "limited run" used recently for the Jaguar and the Sting bass.
