    A decade to the day later, still no replies to my one and only Talk Bass thread but I remain hopeful for my second decade. ;)

    You must have hit it on an odd day & threads were flying by. Usually there are at least 10 posts to a thread by noon.

    wow reviving a thread from 10 years ago. how has the deluxe P been treating you all these years?...my drummer owns one of these and I love using it at his house whenever I get the chance...great basses

    I love that bass. It plays great and has the classic passive P-bass tones (I only use the P PUP). Gotta love the J neck (more comfortable, especially for us guitarists) and P body (lean it against the wall and it stays where you left it :) ).
