    Hello,

My band wants to play Dark Night by The Blasters and I can't find anything but a couple of chords.

I have tried by ear (100 times) but some parts I just cannot figure out. Usually I can come up with something that will at least fit ok. But this time I'm a bit lost .... :crying:

    Can anyone help me please.
Any info in any format will do.

Thank you in advance & greetings from Belgium,

    Laikes.

One of the dudes from the Blasters posts on the Modern Drunkard forum, you could try asking him.

Something that should work (not a tab of this version) I also listened to the official release version so its a combination of both versions. I'm sure there are some mistakes

Most of this is played around the 5th fret
    Over the E
    I hear a Root -5th sort of pattern at the 7th fret E B
Then I hear something like this every other measure
    B D B G E
    B D B D G E
    I also hear a few G E G E’s
    Over the A
    Root 5th A E
    With a fill something like
    E G E D B
    Over the B
    B
    With the following fill
    G A G E B
Let me know how this works for you
    Paul

    Hey,

Mega big thank you, I will start working with this info. It's already a lot more than what I had figured out.

    Alain.
