It makes sense that this would happen. Pretty sweet. I'm looking forward to some clips, because for me, the VMT would have worked better if it had an EQ, so...

+1 I feel the same way I had it for a day or two then sold it but the EQ looks interesting.
  4. Sounds really interesting. I always prefer overdrive pedals with EQs. This might make me add this pedal to my GAS list!

Nice, but I already have a VMT and just got The Enabler…
  7. Was hoping this would come out. Have a VMT and needing a DI. So it'll be a toss up between selling the VMT to get the deluxe of just getting MXR's new bass pre amp.

    Subbed. This is the ****.
  9. Subscribed. I will most definitely be selling/trading my VMT and getting the VMT Deluxe once it becomes available. Does anybody have any info as to when the VMT Deluxe is expected to be released? Are we talking months away from now or sooner than that?

I agree the VMT will benefit from an EQ, personally I don't quite like what it does to the mids so to be able to tweak that a bit will be nice. Then again I don't quite like the drive "grain" of the VMT anyway, so if this new pedal has the same sound character it still doesn't do it for me. My VMT is sidelined again, I try to like it but it then turns out I don't use it when it's on my board. Luckily there's lots to choose from to cater to different tastes. :)
