    That's a chipboard St Louis Music (SLM) cab. They owned Ampeg between 1986 and 2005.

  5. Is the chipboard the one that is not as desirable as the plywood one? (I think I read that on here)

    Actually, the OSB chipboard cabs before 2000 sounded pretty darn good. And while I do find OSB more objectionable than plywood, I have to admit I see an awful lot of old chipboard cabs still in use and in fine shape. Still, the potential for extra damage due to punctures and water damage is much greater.
