By any chance does anyone know what brand/model this is?

I'm scratching my head on this one. Is it a Birdsong?

Going by the pickguard curves, I'd think Jake Marchlewski.

Wow - those are so nice that I would definitely use a coaster when putting my drink on one!

I'm always amazed at how many little designs we came up with so long ago, show up nowadays.

Sorry for the late reply, I am not really active on this forum here but this is one of the first Adamovic SuperNova basses ever built. I think it is from 2003. One piece zebrano body with a greenheart fingerboard.
You can find more pictures here: http://www.adamovic.nl/1B/Basses/SuperNova/SN4.htm

    Edit: discovered a bad spelling

I played Mike Montgomery's singlecut fretless, it was pretty nice.
