Started playing EUB and looking for something more contemporary and challenging to play over the blues licks I've been doing.

What songs do you play on the double bass with M83?

Might as well ask the same question about when you play with Beck just so I have something to aspire to next ;)

    Thanks

There's nothing yet released by M83 with me playing double bass. You can hear my basic upright playing with Beck on Mutations and Sea Change. Nothing very challenging, FYI.

Don't forget Midnite Vultures. Isn't that you on "Debra"? Sweet line and the tone is flat out killer. That little run toward the end gets me every time.

My wife loved it when we had a Hyundai as a rental for a week and I'd belt out, "Lady - step inside my Hyundai". And by love it I mean she'd roll her eyes and pretend not to know me.

Yeah, that's me on that. Good ol' Debra. That was pretty fun.

Ha - Jared. That's funny. I can picture that scenario so clearly.
