Ok so here is the basic idea, the client want me to take his first two guitars and make them into one double neck guitar with a 12 string on top and a six on bottom. The victims are a Stagg LP copy and a Dean "Playmate" Strat copy. These guitars are barely, if at all compatible so much of one will likely be removed or moved to a different part of the instrument.

I know this isn't a bass :bag: but my primary instrument is bass and I mostly work on basses.

Anyway the thread will mostly be pics so if you have any questions please feel free to ask. :)

Oh and please remember to bump the thread a ton if i forget to update it because I will likely have gotten something done! ;)

I would glue it together just like that. It's like daring people to say something.

Talk about crazily incompatible axes, this German guy (part of the prog trio Schicke Fuhrs and Frohling) had this half Les Paul half Ricky bass thing built for him, talk about Dr. Frankenstein having a field day

This is where I am at now with the upright project, I have also added bondo and done a bunch of heel work on the double neck, it's name is now officially Jekyll and Hyde!
