Anyone interested on the new NBC series "Dracula" that starts tonight?

I'm a sucker (no pun intended) for Vampire stuff But I like my Vampires to be blood thirsty monsters... Not the ones that Glow or go to high school for 100 years...

If this gets to mushy, I will be out...but if he's a real murdering/throat ripping monster...I'm in all the way...

Looks like it has potential, but the minute they go "Buffy" with it, I'm out....

Looks interesting, given it's the same actor I'm expecting a similar vibe to The Tudors. Sex and violence.

I think it's the same director as the tudors as well...Part of the reason I'm interested. I thought the tudors was great...

I watched it, he ripped two throats. Wants to bone Mina Harker, but that's just Dracula. I mean, who wouldn't.

    Looks promising.

Sorry to derail, but it's slightly on-topic. The movie "Daybreakers" would have made a kick-ass TV show. The concept of vampires being the majority of the population was very interesting.

    I agree.

As for the Dracula series, terrible. After 15 mins on the first episode, i had to switch channel.

I went to a doctor once. All he did was suck the blood from my neck. Don't go see Dr. Acula!

Well, after a few episodes, I'm still liking it. It's different, which is good. I'm glad it's not the usual dimwitted killer or twinkling romantic type vampire show.
