    Hi All,

I just received an email from Dunlop about new 2014 products, and it lead me to this page:

    Super Bright™ Nickle Bass Strings

Any NAMM goers have a chance to check them out?

Exciting times for bass players wishing to check out new strings, I must say!

    Cheers!

They could at least spell 'nickel' right...

I wish I could afford to try all the new strings this year and I am glad to see the Dunlop offerings grow.

At least it's spelled correctly on the package.

I've had a chance to try the Super Brights and I love them. It's the first string I've tried that made me want to switch from the DRs I've been using for years. The only thing that bums me out is I don't believe they're making a 50-110 set for my D tuned bass. :(

They actually feel and sound very similar to the DRs that I've been using for years (Hi-Beams).

I'm feeling kind of Deja vou with this.
I just did this exercise with FlexSteels.

Of course I'm interested in knowing how they differ.

    Happy Friday Folks!
