Just got my BS OD, I really like. Easily nails a tone that I've been trying to get for years.

My question is, anyone know or know how to find out what makes the drive channel sound that way, EQ-wise? It sounds like it's just boosting here and there but I'm not sure what specifically and I'm curious.

Even with the gain all the way down it's still noticeably EQing the input. In a good way, of course.

I would like to know about this as well.

(I love this pedal, even though I had to get it twice....I can't fully explain why I sold the first one I had, different cabs is my best guess)

I think it's possibly to do with the tone control. Unlike a regular tone control it doesn't have an 'off' or neutral position. Wherever it is set, it is always affecting the drive signal.

As I understand it, the Drive interacts with the Tone, which is more of a mid-sweep than a standard Tone control.
