Who has used these and how are they? Comparable to DR low riders or fat beams? What are your thoughts on these strings if you've used them? Please share your opinions and input please. Thanks!

M-Steel Electric Guitar Strings are not expected to start shipping for another few months. They are not available for Bass.

Maybe you are wanting info on the Cobalt strings?

No, the M steels. I actually didn't know they haven't been out yet. I knew they were new but I didn't know they were THAT new. Do you know why they'd be different than any other string out there? I read they're made with medical grade steel. Did I read that right? What would be the difference supposedly?

The M-Steels are only for Electric Guitar, Not for Bass.

    They have a different alloy.

They were announced at NAMM 2013 (January 2013) and then at this years NAMM (2014) they actually took orders from dealers.
