I have a B-1005 and absolutely love it.

    Zero complaints about that bass.

    All the best,

Agreed, it's a 45P and a 45 TW. This will emulate a P, MM, P/J (with the TW in stacked mode) and a sorta good Jazz.

    Very versatile.

    All the best.

Very curious about the 5 string version of these... Is the bridge pickup noise cancelling or a single coil? Any hum?

Are the controls v/v/hi/lo, or v/blend/hi/lo? Any other functions? a passive mode? 9 or 18 volts?

I agree. Never been a fan of the ESP, but this 5er, in natural, really gets my attention!

Where are they made? USA or Japan?

I like the pickup position! I'm really curious to hear that!

    David,

Since they are Ltds, I would assume either Korea (where my B-1005 was made) or Indonesia (where my B-4Z was made).

If anyone owns a 5 or 6 string version could you please post a video or audio of how it sounds? Please play both pups soloed, both pups blended, and also each combination using slap/pop and tapping techniques. Don't understand why ESP hasn't really pushed these new instruments. They can't be that broke(or cheap)...can they? Thanks.
