When I play the notes on the "E" string, there is excessive vibration at the bridge. Any suggestions on how to remedy this annoying problem?????

I 'm going to guess that it's something "rattling" that's annoying you, right?

Most likely culprit: the spring behind the saddle is rattling, so either stretch it out a little, or get a longer spring, or remove it. It really doesn''t do much of anything.

Or, one of the set screws that adjust the saddle height is rattling , so try to see if one of them isn't solidly touching the baseplate of the bridge.

Other than that, maybe just check to see that all the mounting screws are tight and the saddles aren't moved around and vibrating against each other.

Yeah, please tell us where this vibration is coming from, or describe it better. It could be a variety of things.

Vibrating and buzzing/rattling are two different things. Need more info.
