    The instrument is in mint condition. It was made on December 2011 and never has been played out of home. The 24 frets makes this Fodera ideal for any style of playing, even slap! And the 33" scale with the ultra low action makes it really easy and comfortable to play. This Fodera is located in Barcelona, Spain. Price 8500 EURO (shipping not included).

    Beautiful bass, been wondering what that piece between the pickups is for, I've seen a lot of highend basses with it?

    Its called a RAMP, it is mainly for soloing style. Its great because your thumb/fingers don't really get caught by the strings. I think of it as easy to glide over the strings with a ramp especially the thumb.

    This is the answer I got for the same question from Holly Wagner <hwagner@fodera.com>:

    No worries Denis, always better to be safe then sorry. We have the bass as being completed in December of 2011. I will have to look into why this is not on the website as we definitely where posting newborns at that time.
