Ash body, Spalted flame maple top.
Maple neck, Wenge fingerboard, 34 inch scale.
Alleva Coppollo pick ups, Aguilar OBP-3 pre amp.
Hipshot bridge and tuners, 9 pounds on bathroom scale,
1 3/4 nut width, 19 mm bridge spacing, 2009 build year.
    Comes with Pavel gig bag.

Great playing and sounding jazz bass, tough to list this bass but other basses are not selling and buying a new/old work truck, too many basses as well.

Bass came to me with the pickup covers cracked and not set up properly, long story short the pickup covers have been repaired and the pickups are adjustable and working fine. Bass has been set up and playing great now, by a local luthier and a $300 cost.

There are some light pick marks on the front of the bass and some light scratching on the battery cover on the back.
Overall condition of the bass is really good.

    Price is $2400 plus shipping.

    Only ONE each?

What do each of the toggles control? How many positions?

    Beautiful bass!!!!

Well Okay two of each. ;) Thanks for the compliment, it is a beauty of a bass, light as well.

Toggle switches are both two way, One is a disconnected mute switch, which could be hooked up.
The second is a mid switch 400 and 800 hz.
Interestingly the knob configuration is V, V, Mid, stack bass/treble.

Thanks for the bump Laklandlover, I like to see some color and wood grain in some basses, makes the bass really stand out.

How would you compare this to a Mike Lull?

Thanks for the question warrior5, I have never played a Lull, I have always wanted try one.
Personally I find every bass I try has it's own voice that makes it unique, no two the same although they can have various
tonal similarities. The spalt and color plus the wood tones make it a nice sounding and playing jazz style bass.
I'm okay keeping it as I have about 3400 invested into it, I am mainly looking to downsize collection as I am not playing
out much due to my Landscaping business eating up most of my time and energy.
I did receive the Cocobolo Ken Smith BSR EG5, so between that and my Figured all Koa Kinal 5 those are more bass than I deserve.

I'm sure you're enjoying the Cocobolo Ken Smith BSR EG5 and the Koa Kinal 5. That is plenty of bass for anyone. If some of my basses sell, I may want to pick up this beauty and put her in my playing rotation.
