I searched and found 20 liters as a minimum volume recommended for a sealed cab with this speaker.

I've never used the cab/speaker spec programs before, and don't want to trust any results I'd get.

Will this be a good speaker for the cab? Should I stuff the cab?

20 will do, sealed enclosured aren't very critical volume wise.
Yeah, stuff the cab, make sure to not "over-stuff" it, leave some room behind the driver.
