Updating trade preferences before I decide to keep it - Looking for 16.5-17.5mm string spaced 5 string fretted basses. Can add cash or receive cash if the right trade comes through. Ibanez Premium, Warwick, and Music Man basses are what I dig. Not a fan of Fender style basses.
I have a new one on the way to replace this. Nothing wrong with this bass, just as my tastes change and I have this unending desire to keep Tom Clement busy.

Will be asking for around 1100$ shipped / insured as there are some nicks and cosmetic flaws that don't affect playability.

    Specs: 6 string fretless
    34" scale
    16.5mm spacing
    Bartolini Classic Bass soapbars
    Bartolini NTMB preamp.
    Hipshot A style Aluminum bridge
    Black hardware
    Bone nut.

I've owned a few factory fretless bass, and own another Tom Clement in addition to the new one coming up. there's just no comparison to the playability that comes with Tom's work. The fingerboard is planed so well and the neck is so comfortable.

Open to trades as well, though I'm quite particular in what I want, run them by me :)

Mind posting a few more pics? Maybe some of the fret board. Looks like a beauty!

New pictures will be posted tomorrow night hoping to be able to capture some of the dings. Stingray sounds quite tempting...but I'm not sure how much use I'll get out of a fretted bass. What color is it?

    1) What is the Clement number of the bass? I couldn't find it in the Gallery.
    2) Is this solid Korina, or Korina over Ash, etc.?
    3) Are there sidelines?

    It's a beguiling beauty of a bass.

    Cheers.

Bump, looking to get cash or cash + trade for this. Have some other gear I want to buy in addition to the new bass Tom's building for me.

This bass was >2200$ new, the neck is the best 6 string neck I've ever played, is rock solid and stable. The bass comes in under 8.5 lbs. The fingerboard sings. Grab this bass at a steal. The ramp is included.

    Small chip in tuner

Small dent in side of FB

Aesthetic only marking, no grooves - this ebony is tough.

Tom's really got it goin' on. This is a really vibey looking bass. I bet you those Classic Barts are perfect for this.

Best of luck with this beauty.
