    Tried it, a lot of the options are one choice only :/
    Good try, Fender, but it's still a bit...meh.
    At least you get to pick a slim profile neck if you want to...that's nice.

    If I was going to blow $1525 on a Pbass this is what I would blow it on. I picked the '63 neck & pu since I am also a "63 model. Wonder why they dont have ash trays as options?

    Pricey, limited options. I guess my bass needs have exceeded what they are willing to do, or I could build one WAY cheaper, and just as good, with aftermarket parts.

    I got bored with the bass page and started designing my dream Telecaster instead. $1,699.00.

    I'm glad Fender is getting their head in the game and making the effort. Step in the right direction. I'll be checking back.
