Hey guys...here is a 2003 (I think) Fender MIM Jazz Bass loaded body in 9/10 condition. I love this Sage Green Metallic color! Has just a few very small divits but none thru the paint. All stock and sounds really good. Full size pots that are smooth and quiet.

    $250 snags it!!

Includes a brand new vintage white pearl pickguard FREE!

I only have a digital bath scale bro....I weighed it a few times and one time is says 5.2 lbs...the next is 5.5....so I guess its somewhere in between. The bass originally had a maple neck, and it weighed 8.8 lbs complete.

I hear ya. I was in the same boat until another TB'er recommended a $15 digital fish scale, sold in any anglers or sporting goods shop. Kind of a funny solution, but ultra accurate and invaluable when it comes to selling bodies and necks. Pretty cool. Sounds like this body is probably somewhere in the "average" weight range, though. Thanks!

It's just begging for a figured maple fretboard. If I hadn't just acquired another bass, I'd start a build with this one. GLWTS!

Master, please...You're Killing Me!! I haven't got any cash left to do any deals' or I'd definitely be getting with you. I'm tempted to ask about a package deal, but I have a wife and I want to keep her.
