    Here is a Fender Dirtn body in black. These are ash bodies not alder and would look great stripped to show the grain. These have the split pickup route like a modern P bass but the slab countours of a 51 P bass and the nice forearm countour of a 54 P bass. Its a great mash up and I think these are awesome for hot rod projects. The control plate leaves enough room to drop a 3rd knob and pot in and turn it into a PJ bass.

    Include is,
    * Mike Dirnt Body
    * Chrome tele plate
    *Jack Plate
    *Pickguard
    *Black strap pins.
    * Original knobs
    All associated screws included.

    The guard is aftermartket and looks way better then the plain white ones these come with. The body is in pretty good shape, it had a chip by the neckpocket from removing the neck touched up , its hardly noticeable and half the size of a dime. There is other light scratches/wear but its pretty clean , 8/10.

    The neck pocket on these are square and accept a square heeled neck like this ] most fender necks found on standard basses have a heel with a slight curve like this ). This means most people would ad a sting neck, 51 RI neck, squier 50s P neck, squier VM tele bass neck, etc. However you can put a curved heel fender neck like this ) on here. The last photo I have is a curved heel fender MIM Jazz neck that had a ) heel, it bolted directy up on extra holes were drilled in the neck but right at the end of the fretboard it had little gaps on either side that I have shown in that photo. Also if you were to get a warmoth neck with a heel ) that had a 21 fret overhang you wouldnt see these gaps and it happens I do have a few warmoth necks with the 21 fret over hang.

    $185 SHIPPED CONUS, make that $150! 3/31/2014 only found a body I want asap

    This shows a MIM J neck installed, bolted right up but left light gaps on either side.

    Can you measure the neck pocket and the screw holes? I may have a neck with a squared heel that may work.

    I'm still waiting to hear from Peavey. I have a Fury neck, I'm not sure if the holes will match up, and the neck is 21 frets with same shape. Can you take pics with a ruler of the neck pocket and the drilled holes?
