Alrighty, I posted a few days ago asking whether I should rip out the old Fender Mudbucker from my Kramer that I put in back in 1988 or so, and the answer was an overwhelming yes. So here's a pic of where I'm going to place it. I already have a Fender modern Player Telecaster, which has this same pickup in the neck and bridge position, so I'm going to get a blank pickguard and cut one so this can go in the position pictured. Anybody have any guidance, or want to throw up your hands and say no?

    Thanks,
    Chris

Crazy huge pickguard at this point in the design.
Basically what you see there, plus enough to swing back around the mudbucker and meet back at the tone control plate.

Why don't you add the mudbucker near the neck and keep the single coil?
