    Hi everybody.
I just found (online) a Fender Precision body that I would use to build a bass with a J neck.
I NEVER bought anything vintage so I really don't know nothing about these intruments.
The body was modified by a luthier; he added the J pickup and refinished the body.
I would like to know if it seems to be an original 1976 body or if there is something wrong.
    Here the photos:

    Thanks to everyone will answer.
    Bye.

My 76 isn't routed between the Precision pickup and the control area. Not sure what it is!

Yes, the routing looks a little bit different.
As I said, the body was modified by a luthier. Also the routing could had been modified to get the space for another pot.
I'm talking only about the body, everything you can see in the photo is not declared as original (pu, bridge, pickguard).
What about the "serial" in the neck hole?
