Fender Starcaster P-Bass

    Why would anyone buy this bass when it's not even featured on the Fender website. (At least I couldn't find it)

    It should be basically a toy, but I don't know because I've never seen one in person.

    I wonder if anyone here has one.

    Big starcaster logo and a Fender logo without the "Squier" word may be appealing to some...

    I think that's why it exists.

    For people that are ashamed to have Squier on the headstock.

    It looks like it got some nice reviews I've seen one but I didn't play it.

    I've seen some reviews, but most are from people that are picking up a bass for the first time, so I don't trust those reviews at all.

    my little brother has a starcaster strat, and it is a pos, basically an expensive toy for a kid who wants to be a "rock star". every affinity ive ever played is definitely a few notches above the starcaster

    Fender should use starcaster to test weird stuff..
