Selling my new old stock Fender Vintage Modified Squire jazz basses. It is used but has not been played out. It still has the plastic on the pick guard. This is the model with the more preferred View attachment 362939 View attachment 362940 neck on it. It has a maple neck with a rosewood fretboard. I planned to put an Audere preamp in it but picked up another project. It will come shipped in my US OHSC. $199 shipped with no case and $249 with ohsc

    The VM's are basswood.

    Fender website says 'soft maple'.

Is that only on the new ones? Older VM's of basswood?
