Fingerstyle funk speed and stamina

    Hi guys. Just released a quick exercise for getting your fingerpicking into shape for fast double notes in sixteenth note funk grooves al Rocco, Jaco etc.
    It's a basic groove with variations that you can play to a metronome. Starting speed is 90bpm and the target is 120bpm for prolonged periods.
    I know it's not the most creative of exercises but if you've ever had problems with keeping this grooves going for a long stretch of time on stage you'll know what I'm talking about.

    Really great lesson.. But slow down the voice part bait.

    The key is to just relax. The more you do that, the longer you can play the faster 16th notes a la Rocco.
