Pictures were just ones I had on my phone for a little while now! First two pictures are bad angles and shutters not painted, last picture is a good angle with finished shutters but rainy weather. ill Get better ones today.Just sitting here doing permitting stuff and wanted to show it! I'm so excited! Nice lake in the back yard too! It's in a small neighborhood, out in the country.

Nice shack. I remember moving into our house( new at that time ). Sheets over the sliding doors, no real furniture other than a bedroom set. We went out and bought a grandfather clock. It made perfect sense at the time. Congrats.

Edit: We still have the clock. Forty years this October 6.

Congrats! I've been trying to buy my first house since March. I got married in June, and the plan was to have a house by then, so I screwed that up big time. I had no idea how much of a PIA it is! I'm under contract on my third one. I'm really hoping this one will work out.

    Contrats! Looks nice!

Need to start saving to do the same, houses are just too damned expensive!

    Congrats!
I hope it's everything that you want.

We've been half seriously looking to buy (pre-approved,etc...), but the toughest thing is finding what we want. There will be no settling for a property just because it's within our budget.

Big congrats! Nothing like the feeling of being handed the keys and walking into your own home.

Congrats, now you have an excuse (as if you needed one:rolleyes:) to buy lots of tools.
Buying a house 24 years ago was the best financial decision I have ever made. I couldn't affore to live where I do now if I had to rent or buy.
