    Hey All,

Here is a video of me playing with the Andrew Baird Trio. The tune is "For All We Know," and it features Andrew Baird on guitar, Chris Thaw on drums, and your's truly on bass.

Recorded at Tiki Studios in Glen Cove, NY. I am using my German bass and D'Addario Hybrid strings.

  2. Your "German bass". How modest. Why don't you tell the folks?:D

    And, nice lines, nice solo.

Haha yes, Don... well my German bass was previously owned by none other than Milt The Judge Hinton. And thanks! Here is one more vid of an original if anyone is interested:

Great sound and groove. The low end on that bass is killing me.

    Very nicely done. Sounds great.
  11. No big deal, it's just that I came by Arnold's shop shortly after he got the bass. I played it for a few minutes just for the experience. I was in no position to make a move on it.

Oh, I thought maybe it was at gig with Milt. Well I am very happy with the bass and glad I took the plunge lol. It really is a great instrument for jazz and classical. It sounds amazing in an orchestra section too!
